Biography

Oleksandr Skarbarchuk, PhD in Law, Senior Lecturer at the Vasyl Popeliushko Criminal Law Studies Department of the Ioannykiy Malynovsky Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, National University of Ostroh Academy, Attorney-at-Law

Obtaibed Specialist Degree in Law (high education level between Bachelor and Master degree) in the National University of Ostroh Academy in 2002.

From 2002 till 2006 he have been working as the prosecutors deputy at the municipal and regional levels in the Khmelnitsk region as well as legal specialist of the  Rivne Regional Branch of Social Protection Fund of Ukraine for Disabled Persons.

From 2006 till public officer’s carreer have been switched to private one. He works as in-house lawer at the foundry in Rivne and cement plant in Zdolbuniv that belonged to the Buzzi Unicem Group. 

In 2017 he decided to return into sciense and have obtained PhD diploma from State Tax University in 2022. His research dealt with structure of actus reus and mens rea in the evidencing of legal entities’ crimes.

For a now his research interests are Financial law, Lex mercatoria, Military law and Forensics.
